What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?
There are two types of confirmation emails you should receive from AURA DISPLAYS:
- Order Confirmation Email — sent immediately after successful payment.
- Shipping Confirmation Email — sent as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Didn't receive your order confirmation?
After completing your purchase, you should have seen a "Thank you for your order" page along with your order number (e.g., #AURA1234). If you saw this confirmation screen, your order has been successfully placed — no need to worry. Occasionally, some email providers may delay or filter this email.
If you didn’t see a confirmation screen or receive an order number, we recommend checking your bank app or credit card statement 24 hours later to confirm whether you were charged. If you don’t see any payment, your order likely did not go through.
If you were charged but still didn’t receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance or order tracking.
Didn't receive your shipping confirmation?
Shipping confirmation emails are typically sent within 24–48 hours after your order (excluding weekends and pre-orders). If it’s been more than 2–3 business days and you haven’t received shipping confirmation yet, we recommend checking your customer account dashboard:

Once logged in, click on your order to check its current status. If it’s marked as fulfilled and linked to a tracking number (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, ..), your shipping email should be arriving soon (it might be delayed by the system).
Important: We recommend not using the tracking link found in your customer dashboard, as it may only show limited or incomplete updates (e.g., “Label created” or “Shipment info received”).

This page is specially designed to consolidate updates from all couriers and third-party logistics providers involved in your shipment. It provides the most accurate, real-time status of your order — even during early transit phases when standard tracking pages may not show activity yet.
