The top screen on my Triple Go isn’t turning on or being detected. What should I do?

If you’re using the TRIPLE GO model and the top (middle) screen isn’t powering on or isn’t recognized by your computer, don’t worry — this is completely normal and easy to solve.

Unlike the left and right monitors, which work through a single USB-C cable, the top screen requires an additional power source to operate. This is due to its position and power needs, and it’s fully expected behavior. To activate the top screen, simply plug it into the external power source included in the box. This can be done via the supplied cable, using either a wall adapter or a compatible power bank (5V/3A recommended similar to the one used to charge your mobile phone).

Once connected, your computer will detect the screen, and you’ll be able to use all three displays simultaneously.
