How can I edit my order before it ships?
Need to update your shipping address, contact details, phone number, or switch an item in your order? No problem — we’ve made it quick and easy.
There’s no need to contact our support team — at AURA DISPLAYS, you’re in full control.
To make changes, simply log in to your customer account using the same email address you used at checkout.
Not sure which email you used? Just check your order confirmation email to confirm the address linked to your purchase.
Once logged in, go to "Orders" > select your order, and choose the Edit option.
From there, you can:
- Update your shipping address or contact details
- Modify or swap the product(s) in your order
- Adjust quantities as needed
→ If you're upgrading to a higher-priced item or adding products, you'll be prompted to pay the difference
→ If your changes reduce the total, the difference will be automatically refunded
Please note: Edits can only be made before your order has been processed or shipped, so we recommend acting promptly.
Once your changes are saved, you’ll receive an updated confirmation email.
