I haven't yet received confirmation of shipment. How can I change my address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you still have the option to update your shipping address.

We recommend doing this as soon as possible in case of any mistake, since we process shipments twice a day (excluding pre-order items).

From there, you can view the status of your order and request an update if it's still pending.
