What is your warranty policy?

Every product we offer is backed by a one-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. Should you experience any issues within this period, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll assist you with a repair or replacement.

Which countries do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide, with over 100 countries served. Our products are shipped securely through premium couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with full tracking until your order arrives at your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package directly on the courier's website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). You’ll also receive a notification once your shipment is out for delivery.

Are they compatible with my laptop? Is a driver required?

As long as your laptop has a USB or HDMI port, our monitors will work depending on the model. Some models may require a driver; if you use a work-managed laptop with restrictions, choose a model that doesn’t require drivers. Please check the compatibility section or comparison page to confirm the best fit.

How does the 14-day return policy work?

For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. If you decide the product is not for you, we’ll provide a refund within 14 days provided the product is returned with all items from the original order.

What are the differences between your different models?

We have a comparison page where you can compare models by size, drivers, connectivity, brightness, materials, weight, and dimensions to find the best match for your setup.

How do I get my product repaired within warranty?

If your product needs repair under warranty, contact our support team and include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your destination and warehouse availability. Delivery typically takes a few business days with tracked couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Any free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout.
