Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max
My new Triple Aero Pro Max is just what I needed to expand my trading real estate using my Windows 11 Dell 15.6" laptop. The system was very easy to set up using just the USB Type-C cable; took me 10 minutes tops. I had some issues retrieving the required display driver but got that resolved promptly. The three additional screens are virtually the same size as the native laptop screen, and the color depth and crisp images are incredible! Remember to install the third-party display driver and you are good to go! I highly recommend this quality product with the following observations:
1) I believe it is advised to install the third-party display driver before powering up the displays for the first time. Agreed. This is critical even if your laptop already supports multiple external monitors.
2) The base of the stand should be redesigned to accommodate laptops that have power and data ports along the rear flanks of the case (like my Dell XPS 9560). Adding a slot like the slot for the frame rails, just behind the front hinge, would allow the laptop screen proximity to be perfectly matched to the bottom flange of the center monitor. This design enhancement would not compromise the structural integrity of the frame.
3) While powered up, all three of the external monitors perform perfectly and flawlessly. However, when my laptop goes to sleep (and 'sometimes' when the laptop is powered down), the monitor on the right wing [using protocol HDMI2] will cycle through RGB colors full screen. I have taken to unplugging the Aero system power cord to address this issue. I would appreciate some technical support feedback and advise on how to correct this.
